CLUB BLUE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Goodwill Club Blue Rewards Program (“Club Blue”) Terms and Conditions

Goodwill Industries of Denver, with offices at 6850 Federal Blvd. Denver CO, 80221 (“Goodwill”) is pleased to offer the Goodwill Club Blue Rewards Program (“Club Blue”). Club Blue is governed by the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”), except as otherwise required by law.

How to Join: In order to become a member of Club Blue (“Member”), you must sign up in-store with an employee at any Goodwill Industries of Denver retail store location, excluding Deja Blue and Goodwill Outlet Worlds stores. At the time of registration in the store, you will be required to provide a first name, last name and phone number. (NEW: If you choose to become a Club Blue Platinum member, you will need to go online and complete your registration where you will be required to set an account with an email address, password, and additional information as requested.)

Agreement to Comply: Your registration as a Member and/or use of any Club Blue Card constitutes your representation and warranty to Goodwill that you will comply with any and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, as well as your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (and any such modifications or additional provisions Goodwill may make to these Terms and Conditions). Goodwill reserves the right to include additional provisions, revise, and/or otherwise change these Terms and Conditions in its sole and absolute discretion. Accordingly, we recommend that you check back periodically for changes.

Rewards: There are 3 levels to membership depending on what information the customer provides to Goodwill Industries of Denver:

Based on your level of membership, your rewards are the following
  • 20% OFF reward with a purchase of $25 or more every time you shop (every time you shop)
  • $10 gift card for your next purchase following you reaching $250 spent (no exp. Date)
    • Rewards start over once customer receives their a $10 gift card
    • $10 gift card for spending $250 does not have an expiration date
  • $5 birthday gift card via an email notification you’ll get around your birthday(15 days before your Birthday)(30 days expiration date from the receipt of the email)
Points: Club Blue rewards program is based on a points system.
  • 1 point is equal to $1 spent
  • Points accumulate on purchases equal pretax amount after discount
  • Points are rounded to the nearest whole dollar
  • Points are recorded in Goodwill’s point of sale system
  • Point balances are maintained on customers Club Blue and Goodwill’s point of sale system
  • • Points are shown on the customer’s receipts after a purchase (both cumulative point balance and points earned on that transaction); if a customer shops multiple stores within the same day, the most accurate point count will be reflective the following morning.
  • Club Blue 20% CAN be combined with the following discounted items:
    • Valid on 50% off Sale Days (Saturday sales); on these days senior and military discount is NOT applicable
    • Valid on 50% off Color of the Week Items
  • Club Blue 20% CAN NOT be combined with any of the following Discounts:
    • Senior/Military Discount (15% every day)
    • Senior Day Discount (25% off only on Mondays)
    • Any other Marketing promotions (one time offers, special discounts)
Please note that Goodwill reserves the right to change or revoke any Rewards available or provided by Club Blue or in connection with your Membership at any time and in its sole discretion. Rewards may not be transferred or exchanged for cash or any cash equivalent or any other products. Rewards do not apply toward online purchases. Rewards may not be available in the event of system or process malfunctions. Goodwill will endeavor to provide proper point values for shopping and will correct any reasonable errors, but shall not be responsible for any actual or alleged errors. Goodwill may allow Members to provide alternate personal data in lieu of the Member’s Club Blue Card to obtain access to a Member’s Club Blue account or Rewards, but the use of such information is designed as a backup method only, and Goodwill shall not be held responsible in connection with data entry errors or the inability to obtain access or use of such Rewards. For your Club Blue Platinum Rewards information, visit http://goodwilldenver.force.com/clubblue/Clubblue_Login. The Rewards information you receive by visiting the above website is an estimate and provided for your convenience only. In most cases, the balance is adjusted immediately when you make a purchase, but there may be occasions when the updated balance is delayed for a period of time.

Use of Club Blue Cards: Club Blue Cards are valid at any Goodwill Industries of Denver retail stores, excluding Deja Blue and Goodwill Outlet Worlds stores. You agree not to use Club Blue Cards in any manner that is misleading, deceptive, unfair or otherwise harmful to Goodwill’s consumers or Goodwill. In addition, you agree to defend and indemnify Goodwill, its affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, agents and other representatives (collectively, “Affiliates”) from and against any claims, expenses or liabilities made against or incurred by Goodwill or its Affiliates in connection with your improper use of any Club Blue Card or in violation of law and/or any of these Terms and Conditions.

Privacy Notice: Information Members provide to Goodwill in connection with Club Blue will be used to communicate with Members regarding Club Blue, to send future promotional materials, and as otherwise set forth in Goodwill’s general privacy policy available at http://www.goodwilldenver.org/pages/privacy-policy.

Governing Law: You agree that the laws and courts of the State of Colorado shall exclusively govern these Terms and Conditions, without regard to principles of conflict of laws. Any action brought in connection with Club Blue must be brought in the State of Colorado, and by using the Club Blue Card you expressly waive any objection to such venue.

Termination of Membership; Loss of Rewards: Goodwill may terminate Club Blue Card accounts that have been inactive for two years, and the Rewards in connection with such accounts are subject to forfeiture; however, notwithstanding the foregoing, Club Blue is the property of Goodwill and Goodwill reserves the right to change, revoke, or terminate any Club Blue Card; Membership; Rewards; or the Club Blue program in its entirety at any time, for any or no reason. Upon termination of the entire Club Blue program, Goodwill will make reasonable efforts to send a 30-day notice to Members.

Lost or Stolen Club Blue Cards: You are able to receive an additional card in case of a lost card. If found, please return Club Blue Cards to a Goodwill retail store.

No Cash Value Redemption, Resale, or Promotional Use: Club Blue Cards are not gift cards or credit cards, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Resale of Club Blue Cards is prohibited. Club Blue Cards may not be used in connection with any marketing, advertising or other promotional activities (including, without limitation, via the internet, email, telemarketing, direct mail, newspaper, magazine, and/or radio and television broadcasts) unless you obtain Goodwill’s prior written approval.

Limitation on Liability: IN NO EVENT WILL GOODWILL OR ITS AFFILIATES (EITHER JOINTLY OR INDIVIDUALLY) BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR PARTICIPATION IN CLUB BLUE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO YOUR ABILITY TO ACCESS AND USE SUCH REWARDS, YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF ANY WEBSITE OF GOODWILL OR THE DOWNLOADING OR COPYING FROM AND/OR PRINTING OF ANY MATERIAL OBTAINED FROM SUCH WEBSITES. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, CLUB BLUE, THE CLUB BLUE CARDS, AND EVERYTHING ON THE GOODWILL WEBSITES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
